We have a zero tolerance approach to any form of abuse, threatening language, or aggressive behaviour directed at our team—whether in person, by phone, via email, or through any other communication channel.

 

What We Do Not Tolerate:

 

 

  • Verbal abuse, shouting, swearing, or insults

  • Threats, intimidation, or aggressive gestures

  • Discrimination or offensive remarks

  • Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful conduct

  • Repeated unreasonable demands or disruptive behaviour

 

 

Our Response to Unacceptable Behaviour:

 

If abusive or aggressive behaviour occurs, we may take any of the following actions immediately and without further notice:

 

  • End the conversation or appointment

  • Refuse further communication or service

  • Remove the individual from the premises

  • Terminate business or service relationships

  • Report the incident to authorities if required
